Motivated to enact change, Luma Nutrition emerged, focusing on natural health solutions with personalized and prompt assistance. Luma Nutrition was born out of the health needs of Americans searching for superior health solutions. It all started with a passion of the company owner for healthy living ignited during studies in Kinesiology. Following this, a four-year military service as a US Army Infantry Officer revealed systemic health challenges facing Americans.

These supplements are designed to support general well-being and enhance the quality of life. All their products are made in the USA, produced in a GMP-compliant facility, crafted with high-quality ingredients, undergo third-party testing, and are non-GMO.
Challenge overview
Embarking on a comprehensive Shopify Plus-based website enhancement project for the client, we started with minimal tasks focused on improving the site's design and functionality. Over time, this evolved into a continuous engagement under Shopify retainer services, where we are now working on constant updates and solving more complex tasks.

- Order tracking integration: DigitalSuits’ team implemented order tracking using the Track 123 app to let customers monitor their orders from start to delivery, enhancing the post-purchase experience.

- Continuous support: Through our retainer program of 50 hours per month, we provided ongoing support for the site on the Shopify 2.0 platform, ensuring its continuous optimization and performance.
- Speedy browsing: We supercharged the website's performance and improved SEO by implementing lazy loading for images. With this smart optimization, images load only when they enter the viewport, resulting in lightning-fast page load times and a more efficient browsing experience.
