Talent acquisition process
1. Hireflix interview. A recorded video interview (up to 20 min) completed at the candidate's own pace, letting us assess candidate's overall knowledge of the role's core topic and their level of English.
2. Pre-screen interview. An initial conversation to assess the candidate’s soft skills and alignment with the basic requirements for the position.
3. Test task. A practical assignment relevant to the role, used to evaluate applied skills and work quality firsthand. Applicable for some positions.
4. Tech interview. In-depth technical assessment to evaluate the candidate's hard skills, problem-solving abilities, and technical knowledge.
5. Signing an offer. The candidate's formal acceptance of the job offer, a positive decision for the commitment to join the company.
