On April 7, 2025, Shopify introduced an offer for select merchants to try Shopify Plus risk-free trial at the price of the Advanced plan for two months. If you’re eligible, you can apply for the Shopify Plus Trial for just $399/month. How to check your eligibility? Is this offer worth a shot? Here, we break it down for you.

If you're eligible for the new opportunity, you will see a banner with the offer in your Shopify dashboard.

You can also go to Settings → Plan → Change Plan to check if there is an offer for you to purchase Shopify Plus risk-free trial plan for $399/month.

If neither of these options is available, your store is not eligible for the offer at the moment.

In line with checking for eligibility with the shopifyPlus field, also check displayName == "Plus Trial". If you're already using the displayName field, merchants on Shopify Plus Trial will automatically be eligible.
