Outreach specialist / Linkbuilder
About the role
We are looking for an Outreach Specialist / Linkbuilder to join the DigitalSuits marketing team.
At DigitalSuits, we focus on an inbound marketing strategy to build a strong company brand in the target markets. We combine strategy, content, SEO, and ethical link-building to deliver measurable, data-driven results.
Your role is to build and maintain high-quality backlinks that enhance SEO performance and support the company’s digital growth goals.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as a Outreach specialist or similar role with a focus on US/EU markets
- English writing skills – B1/B2
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals, link quality, and metrics
- Experience with analysis and optimization tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google - [check] Analytics, Majestic etc. (website analysis, donor selection)
- Ability to evaluate domains for outreach using key metrics (DA/DR, Traffic, Spam Score)
- Ability to create effective briefs and assignments for content writers
- Experience building long-term relationships with partners, webmasters, and bloggers for link placements and publications
- Basic HTML knowledge (page structure, tags, anchor links)
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and responsibility
- Analytical skills: Ability to analyze competitors’ links, identify high-quality resources for link building, and track link profile dynamics
Responsibilities
- Creating and implementing strategies to obtain high-quality backlinks from authoritative and relevant sources
- Research and analyze websites for link placement opportunities
- Evaluate domain quality based on traffic, authority, spam score, and other metrics
- Selection of donor websites according to given parameters (identify and qualify websites with strong authority and relevant context for link placement)
- Search for webmaster contacts and communication with webmasters
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of published links and regularly update the donor base
- Monitor competitors’ backlink strategies and benchmark against industry best practices
- Ensure that SEO strategies are effectively implemented
- Cooperate with other team members to ensure timely content delivery. Preparation and adaptation of content for placement (checking URLs and anchors). Publication control
- Manage spreadsheets and internal databases
- Link Insertion - search for individual donors where we can agree to add a link to our project to existing articles
- Finding new opportunities for free link building
Would be a plus
- Experience in establishing link building processes
- Experience working with Screaming Frog, Linkchecker, Netpeak Spider, Netpeak Checker
- Experience working with tools for mass mailings and automation of outreach processes
- Experience promoting international websites: Working with multiple language versions and international markets is a plus
