Junior Lead Generation Specialist
We're growing our Lead Generation team and looking for someone eager to get into sales – someone who pays attention to who they're writing to and wants to learn how B2B deals actually start.
You'll be the first point of contact between DigitalSuits and potential clients. Your job is to open doors through smart outreach and genuine communication, not spammy blasting.
Requirements
- 3+ months of experience in outreach/lead generation – or completed courses in the field
- English B2+
- Basic understanding of the IT industry
- Basic understanding of what lead generation involves day-to-day
- B2B communication skills
- Fast learner
- Attention to detail
- Desire to grow into an SDR role
Responsibilities
- Craft personalized messages that actually feel personal
- Run cold outreach campaigns via email and LinkedIn using dedicated tools (Smartlead, Grinfi)
- Manage early-stage conversations: identify whether a prospect has a real need and qualify their interest
- Move leads through the funnel and get them to a discovery call
- Keep your pipeline organized and track results
