DigitalSuits is seeking a seasoned QA Engineer to join our dynamic e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will possess a meticulous eye for detail, a passion for quality assurance, and a deep understanding of web testing methodologies. With a focus on ensuring the seamless functionality and user experience of e-commerce platform, this role is integral to achieving our mission of connecting businesses and consumers in a digital marketplace.

Experience

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a QA Engineer, preferably within the e-commerce domain.
• Practical experience in Web testing.
• Experience in functional and non-functional testing.
• Experience in setting up QA processes from scratch.
• Communication with clients and stakeholders, including demonstrating work results through demos and reports.

Technical skills

• Good knowledge of testing theory.
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Deep understanding of different testing approaches, principles, and types.
• Strong skills in writing, analyzing, and maintaining QA documentation.

Additional skills

• Ability to identify risks and devise mitigation strategies.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate a high level of time management.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Upper-Intermediate English level.

Will be a plus

• Experience with Shopify.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to manual and exploratory test coverage during release cycles.
• Increase test coverage of functional requirements.
• Create and maintain test documentation.
• Report to stakeholders about results or demo conducting.
• Set up and integrate QA processes in the current project state.
• Work closely with developers to ensure effective testing.
