Role Description
We are looking for a Middle Laravel Engineer to join a long-term project and contribute to the development of a VPN platform. You will be involved in building new features, improving existing functionality, and working on scalable backend services.
In this role, you will collaborate with the Product Owner and team members, participate in architectural discussions, and help establish efficient development processes within a newly formed team.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in backend development with a focus on Laravel
Strong experience in using AI tools for development. Hands-on experience in regular daily work with an AI agentic development approach
Proficiency in backend development using Laravel, including API design and integration
Solid understanding of MongoDB and MySQL databases
Knowledge of Cloudflare for DNS management, security, and performance optimization
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Responsibilities
Design and implement high-quality web applications using Laravel
Design database schemas and manage data interactions using MongoDB and MySQL
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features
Ensure application security and performance, leveraging tools like Cloudflare
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while adhering to industry best practices
Manage version control and CI/CD pipelines using GitLab
Troubleshoot and resolve application bugs and performance bottlenecks
Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies to continuously improve our platforms
Would be a plus
