Product-Oriented Project Manager / Product Owner
About the project
DigitalSuits is a custom software development company with deep expertise across industries. We work with startups, small businesses, and medium-sized enterprises from the US, Canada, the UK, Japan, and Israel, while remaining open to partnerships worldwide.
Our Project Management team consists of 3 Project Managers and the Head of the PM Department. We work across multiple domains, including eCommerce (Shopify) and custom application development. Our projects range from retainer-based support to full-cycle development from scratch. We collaborate with other departments and their representatives as needed, including UI/UX designers, backend developers, and other specialists.
We are looking for a product-minded leader who will take ownership of the product, not just manage tasks and processes.
This role goes beyond classic project management - you will be deeply involved in product strategy, priorities, business value, and execution.
This position is ideal for someone with a startup mindset who enjoys building and growing products, understands business goals, and knows how to turn them into clear priorities and actionable plans for the team.

Responsibilities
Take end-to-end ownership of the product: from understanding business goals to execution and delivery
Define product goals, vision, and roadmap together with stakeholders
Define and continuously refine product priorities based on business value, user needs, and constraints
Conduct deep requirements analysis: ask the right questions, challenge assumptions, clarify “why” before “how”
Translate product goals into a clear, prioritized backlog with well-defined requirements
Focus on execution and outcomes, not bureaucracy and over-engineered processes
Work closely with the development team to ensure smooth delivery and shared understanding
Act as a bridge between business and team, ensuring alignment on goals, priorities, and expectations
Proactively identify risks, blockers, and dependencies and resolve them with a solution-oriented mindset
Manage stakeholder communication in a constructive, respectful, and positive way
Continuously evaluate product progress and adjust priorities when goals or context change
Contribute to product improvement ideas, not just delivery of predefined tasks

Startup mindset over corporate mindset
Focus on execution, not just process
Ability to understand business value, not only requirements
Flexibility in priorities and comfort with change
Positive, respectful, and solution-oriented communication
Openness to feedback and willingness to learn
