About the project
DigitalSuits invites an experienced HR Manager to join the team on a full-time basis. As an HR Manager, you are responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in HR Management in the IT industry
Experience in effectively supporting the HR processes (Full Employee Lifecycle - Onboarding & Adaptation, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Internal Communications, Offboarding)
English level - upper-intermediate or higher
Self directed person with excellent communication and team working skills
Creativity, positive attitude towards work and life
Personal qualities: responsibility, initiative
Experience with HRM systems such as Hurma
Responsibilities
Onboarding of newcomers to the company, assistance in integration
Participation in the performance management and review process
Develop and support overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organization (in the case of a quickly growing company)
Supporting employee opportunities for professional development - tracking employee training (conferences, online courses)
Assess training needs and participation in developing adequate training programs
Participation in the development and implementation of the social package
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Provide a full cycle of 1:1 for all contractors to assess job satisfaction in the company
Participation in the retention and termination of the contractors
Maintaining the Hurma system (vacation, sick leave accounting)
Help in organization of team-building events and corporate parties
Line Management of the Office/Event Manager
