About the project

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to strengthen our delivery team and help bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation. In this role, you’ll be working closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to uncover requirements, shape solutions, and support products throughout their lifecycle.

Requirements

3+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in IT.
Strong communication skills, able to interact confidently with both technical teams and senior stakeholders.
Team player with a collaborative mindset and willingness to support colleagues across projects.
Comfortable using visual collaboration tools (e.g., Miro, Lucidchart, Figma) to explain and validate ideas.
Analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
Familiarity with advanced discovery and analysis techniques (e.g., Event Storming, Domain Storytelling).
Proactive and ownership-driven attitude — you take initiative and move work forward independently.
Upper-Intermediate/Advanced English (C1).
Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

Responsibilities

Collect, analyse, and document requirements, transforming them into clear specifications, user stories, and backlog items.
Conduct discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and workshops to explore challenges and opportunities.
Define and articulate project and product goals, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
Visualize business processes and system flows using established modeling techniques (e.g., BPMN, UML).
Prepare and facilitate workshops, ideation sessions, and solution reviews with clients and internal teams.
Collaborate closely with developers, designers, QA engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
Provide ongoing support during the full delivery lifecycle, ensuring requirements are met and value is delivered.
