Business needs: The idea was to introduce a new brand, GoodHabit by Scentbird, with a product line for skin protection from devices' blue light. The client's requirements were not just to build a storefront but also to emphasize environmental problems. The DigitalSuits team came up with the idea to create a membership website with some perks, such as special discounts and free shipping. To get these perks, members should contribute 5% of each order to charity projects.

Result: The DigitalSuits team developed a membership website with individual discounts tied to members' contributions. This development became possible with Liquid and Javascript technologies. Business needs: American Outlets is a U.S. marketplace that bridges the gap between brands and resellers, offering global brands a robust e-commerce platform with logistics service at no extra costs. Given a complex infrastructure, the client needed to create a solid management and monitoring system for end users' convenience and internal inventory control.

Result: DigitalSuits developed a flexible management and monitoring system for the client using the most suitable technologies, such as ElasticSearch and Node.js. Our software product engineering company created advanced filter configurations, attached tags and categories to each item, improved the supply chain, and implemented an affiliate module. All the improvements allowed cutting expenses on content management and marketing by simplifying processes. Most importantly, the implemented changes boosted conversion rates and overall sales.

But back in the COVID era, the Wyth team came to us as they sought a solution to bring their idea to life.

With the help of AWS Serverless and CloudFormation, we developed an application for end-users and a dashboard for managing this app from the administrator's side. This system analyzes user behavior on a website and provides best-fit recommendations. The client planned to develop the app for Shopify stores to help businesses navigate users to the right product. Our task was to elaborate a database with users' interactions, synchronize all the shop data, and develop an AI recommender with unique responses for every user based on their behavior.

Result: The DigitalSuits adorable developers collected the desired historical data and set up its transition via API to the AI model base to learn it, giving recommendations. At the same time, we had to track on-go data and send changes to AI. Finally, our team developed a dynamic recommendation carousel for Shopify-based stores that is manageable for further AI learning.
