AskPorter is a messaging platform that uses AI for optimization of various levels of management including property and facilities management, admin, and cost management. It helps to provide better client service and enhance client satisfaction.

Business needs

There were two major business needs: to attract investment based on the implementation of new digital solutions and to increase the clients’ average bill by internal process optimization. The idea that stands behind the digital solution is to simplify, to make it easier, and to faster solve users’ domestic issues, like water or gas leaks, waste disposal, and others. The old way to address the housing and related services’ problems required a lot of time and were managed by the phone (i.e. users didn’t have an option to request and order the service in real-time). The win-win solution for the business and users was to create a service that instantly takes orders and finds the required specialists with online status tracking.

AWS for hosting and DevOps is the most suitable choice for small and medium-sized enterprises for its compatibility with open-source technologies. AWS provides a lot of useful services to develop and deliver an application as fast as possible.
Auth0 is a flexible identity platform that enables rapid integration with authentication and authorization services for web and mobile applications.
Microsoft Bot Framework is a comprehensive framework that is used to build conversation applications and provides a conversational AI experience.
Firebase is a mobile application development platform that contains various tools and services to develop high-quality mobile and web applications. Also, we deploy front-end applications to Firebase and use it to manage front-end settings.


We developed a platform where each city resident can sign up in a personal account, send a request for repairs, and track the status. All requests are processed by a representative who is responsible for certain offices, accommodations, and districts. Then, the representative assigns issues to a specialist. Users can track all these processes online.


In conclusion, here are the key points: The platform has optimized all management costs and provided users with a transparent tool to solve their problems. The project was successfully delivered in time and on budget, which, as a result, won funding for the client.
