The company has branches across the country. As each branch has its own specialization, the employees have to manually process every appeal and distribute it to other offices. For example, a specialist must collect information from a client by phone or email and then prepare documents. This process needed optimization as it took too much working time. Therefore the business couldn’t proceed with more deals and, as a result, lost profit.
The solution was to introduce digital transformation to the company. It included integration of the BPMN Workflow Engine RPA system for automation of manual tasks and development of two separate applications for gathering, sharing client information and other documentation between the company offices. We developed a cloud-based platform with two Ul applications and a shared API. The first application was designed for automation of manual tasks. The second application was designed for collecting data from clients automatically and getting a quote for buying or selling a specific property.
The company managed to reduce manual processes five-fold and to handle all data by all specialists in one system. The process became transparent and effective for both sides, the company and clients.
