Social Media Specialist (LinkedIn + Twitter)
About the project
As a Social Media Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and executing content strategies across LinkedIn (both company and personal accounts) and Twitter (company account). Your goal will be to enhance brand presence, create engaging content, and engage with potential leads through comments. You will also work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure that our LinkedIn and Twitter efforts are aligned with our overall marketing & sales goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing LinkedIn with a focus on B2B lead generation
- Previous experience in an IT service company is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn analytics and trends
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English B2+)
- Ability to create visually engaging content
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Responsibilities
LinkedIn (Company + Personal Profiles)
- Create and implement a LinkedIn content strategy that aligns with company goals and outbound campaigns
- Write engaging posts for company and executive profiles, integrating visuals when needed
- Support the personal branding on LinkedIn by creating professional content, monitoring engagement, and interacting with the audience
- Actively participate in relevant LinkedIn groups, engage with the audience through comments and posts, and foster relationships to expand the company's online presence
- Drive engagement and generate new ideas by analyzing top influencers and competitors
- Follow and engage with our ICPs via posts and comments
- Track and analyze key LinkedIn metrics, providing reports and insights for improvement when necessary
Twitter (Company Profile)
- Manage the company’s Twitter profile, establish a clear and engaging brand voice, and track growth indicators
- Create and implement a Twitter content strategy, creating engaging tweets
- Respond to mentions, direct messages, and comments, creating a vibrant and positive community
- Use Twitter analytics tools to assess performance and make data-driven adjustments to strategy
Would be a plus
- Experience managing Twitter accounts
- Familiarity with Twitter analytics tools (e.g., TweetDeck)
- Experience with Quora
- Being familiar with platform administration, publishing, and promotion
