Sales Development Representative
About the project
As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a key role in driving our sales pipeline by identifying and engaging potential leads. Your primary responsibilities will include reaching out to leads, starting conversations through email, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments for the Sales Manager.
Requirements
- Experience in the IT service industry (outsource/outstaffing);
- Understanding of main programming languages, frameworks, and software development processes;
- Familiarity with best practices for prospecting tactics and outreach automation tools (e.g., Smartlead, WeConnect, etc.);
- Experience working with CRM systems (preferably, Hubspot) to track your activity, leads' stage, and progress;
- Experience in conducting cold outreach campaigns via Email and LinkedIn using automation tools;
- Readiness to communicate via different channels: emails, LinkedIn messages, phone calls, video calls, audio messages on LinkedIn;
- Upper-intermediate or higher English level (B2/C1).
Would Be a Plus
- Cold calling experience;
- Familiarity with platforms like Upwork.

Responsibilities
- Write engaging cold outreach campaigns according to ICPs and hypotheses;
- Set up and conduct cold outreach campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and other channels to find potential leads;
- Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective approach;
- Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through effective outreach and follow-up processes;
- Investigate leads'/company's information to find buying signals and write custom personalization;
- Communicate with potential leads to identify their needs and qualify them before scheduling an appointment;
- Set up quality meetings and appointments with leads for the Sales Manager;
- Oversee and leverage CRM (Hubspot) and lead generation tools (e.g. WeConnect, Smartlead, etc) to streamline workflows and track your performance.
- Writing posts on LinkedIn profiles and engaging with the LinkedIn network and leads through comments.
