Account & Sales Manager

About the role

As an Account/Sales Manager, you will manage and grow relationships with our e-commerce clients, identifying new opportunities to add value and generate additional revenue through upselling/cross-selling and new sales to outbound and inbound leads. You will work closely with the CEO, ensuring clients receive outstanding service and solutions that drive their growth.

This position has three main goals:

  • Manage and grow relationships with our e-commerce clients
  • Participate in outbound/inbound sales cycle
  • Grow partnerships with vendors (like Shopify, Klaviyo, Intelligems, Gorgias, ReCharge, etc.)

Responsibilities

Account Management (Upselling & Client Growth)

  • Develop (together with CEO) and execute an account management strategy to increase revenue from existing clients.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, including additional development services, integrations, and ongoing support plans.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understand their evolving needs, and position our services as a solution.
  • Work closely with project managers and sales teams to ensure seamless client handovers and ongoing engagement.
  • Set and track revenue targets for account expansion.

Sales management

  • Communication with potential customers (identification of needs, presentation of services, work with objections, closing deals).
  • Work with both — outbound and inbound leads.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including negotiation and contract management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and project execution.
  • Collaborate closely with the Lead Generation team to generate leads and support the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

Partnership Development (like Shopify, Klaviyo, Intelligems, Gorgias, ReCharge, etc.)

  • Identify, establish, and manage strategic partnerships with Shopify, Klaviyo, and other key e-commerce vendors.
  • Negotiate co-marketing initiatives, referral programs, and revenue-sharing agreements with partners.
  • Develop joint sales and marketing initiatives to generate leads and drive mutual growth.
  • Act as the main point of contact for partner relationships, ensuring ongoing collaboration and performance tracking.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to leverage partner networks for lead generation.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in account management, sales, partnerships, or business development (preferably in e-commerce, SaaS, or digital agencies).
  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the E-commerce industry.
  • Experience in partnership development and managing vendor relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to track and report on revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales automation platforms (HubSpot).
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively.
  • At least an Advanced level of written and spoken English.

Will be a plus

  • Knowledge of e-commerce industry trends and common challenges.
  • Understanding of Shopify, Klaviyo, and other e-commerce tech solutions.
