Account Manager
About the project
As an Account Manager, you will manage and grow relationships with our e-commerce clients, identifying new opportunities to add value and generate additional revenue. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring clients receive outstanding service and solutions that drive their growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify upselling opportunities by understanding client goals and challenges, and presenting relevant service enhancements
- Investigate clients' initiatives, account map, and reading reports (10K, 10Q)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, providing exceptional service and addressing needs promptly
- Collaborate with internal teams (project management, development, and design) to ensure smooth project execution and optimal client satisfaction
- Track and report on account performance, including client satisfaction, retention, and upsell metrics
- Meet or exceed revenue targets and upsell quotas
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role in a service-based IT, software, or digital solutions company, ideally focusing on e-commerce
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with demonstrated experience in upselling services
- At least an Advanced level of written and spoken English

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first mindset
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously (up to 20)
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
