Sales Development Representative

We welcome a Sales development representative to join our team.
DigitalSuits is a software development company with a startup development background. This expertise opens up the possibility of developing efficient solutions for businesses around the world. We are a software solution partner for startups, small, and medium-sized businesses in the US, Canada, the UK, Israel, and more. Our main focus is E-commerce, SaaS solutions, and product development for the Retail, Real Estate, and Insurance industries. Over the last seven years, we have been growing and developing our business. We have managed to increase our team from 3 to 50+ specialists and keep growing.
HARD SKILLS
- Experience with the service (outsource/outstaff) IT field (2+ years)
- Understanding of main programming languages, frameworks, and processes
- Upper-intermediate or higher English level (C1)
- Understanding of best practices of prospecting tactics, automation tools, prospects research
- Experience with LinkedIn, Email, Phone calls
- Readiness to communicate via different channels: emails, LinkedIn messages, phone calls, video calls, audio messages on LinkedIn
SOFT SKILLS
- Proactive approach to work, curiosity
- Positive (Growth) mindset
- Self-organization, discipline, strategic and result-orientation
- Experience of leading a team would be a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES
- To build a strong pipeline of qualified leads according to the ICP
- To search and reach for new leads through different channels
- To set up quality meetings and appointments with leads
- Launch campaigns via LinkedIn/Email/Phone
- Research prospects on LinkedIn to find buying signals and custom personalization
- Work with various online tools and databases to increase conversion rates
- Work with CRM
- Track and improve weekly/monthly KPIs
WILL BE A PLUS
- Work with CRM (HubSpot) to track your activity, leads’ stage, and progress
