ABOUT PROJECT

We are looking for an enthusiastic, innovative, result-oriented Project Manager with a deep commitment to success to be a part of our Project Management department. TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE

• 2+ years of experience in the position of PM in web development is a must
• At least an Advanced level of written and spoken English
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, project management methodologies, tools, and techniques and their practical application
• Proven experience in elicitation & documentation of project requirements and specifications
• Feel fluent in planning, scheduling, and budget management
• Experience in project budget management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, analytical and interpersonal skills, and exceptional organizational and work structuring skills
• Maturity and ability to work independently, and with a team in a dynamic project environment
• Cultural awareness while working with foreign clients
• Remote or international project team management
• Experience working with different types of contracts (T&M, fixed cost/price, etc.)

WILL BE A PLUS

• Deep understanding of technologies used for frontend and backend development
• Project Management related certifications

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing a few software development projects simultaneously
• Project planning, backlog management
• Drive customer relationship: day-to-day communication, engagement development, project negotiations, etc.
• Focus on deadlines and quality
• Be able to proactively escalate any issues, manage risks and deliver the news to stakeholders as well as develop mitigating actions
• Ensure that standards, procedures, and methodologies related to the project in the delivery life cycle are followed
• Create project documentation and keep it updated
• Measuring project and team performance using appropriate tools
