ABOUT THE PROJECT

We welcome a Human Resources Manager to join DigitalSuits. We are actively growing and that’s why we are expanding our team. We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to empower our tight-knit team, which includes an HR manager, two recruiters, and an office manager. Your main focus will be to develop new HR processes and support exciting ones, conduct one-to-one meetings, exit interviews, and make performance reviews. You will be engaged in onboarding new staff members, maintaining the team, including matters such as employee engagement and involvement, and resolving early-stage issues.

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE

  • 2+ years of experience with HR Management or People Partner activities in the IT industry
  • Experience in effectively supporting the HR processes such as onboarding, adaptation, performance review, training, offboarding
  • English level — Intermediate or higher
  • Self-directed person with excellent communication and team working skills
  • Creativity, positive attitude towards work and life
  • Personal qualities: responsibility, initiative

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Onboard newcomers to the company, assist in the integration
  • Participate in the performance management and review process
  • Develop and support overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organization
  • Support employee opportunities for professional development — track employee training
  • Participate in the development and implementation of the social package
  • Provide a full cycle of 1:1 for all contractors to assess job satisfaction in the company
  • Participate in retention and termination of the contractors
  • Maintain vacation and sick leaves in the Hurma system
  • Help in the organization of the events and corporate parties
  • Perform line management of the Office Manager
