Business Analyst

We’re looking for a smart, open-minded, and solution-oriented Business Analyst with experience working on web-systems.


  • At least 1.5 years of experience in a Business Analyst position in software development projects
  • Good understanding of SDLC and Web development approaches
  • Experience in translating business requirements into technical requirements for communication and collaboration with the development team. Write user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria
  • Good modeling skills in BPMN and UML notations
  • Knowledge of requirements management tools (at least JIRA & Confluence)
  • Strong analytical skills for a critical assessment of information from numerous sources
  • Hands-on experience working in an Agile environment, with the Scrum framework adopted
  • Good knowledge of prioritization approaches
  • Experience in conducting competitors analysis


  • Communicate with the client on a regular basis, and define the business vision and business requirements for the product
  • Support sales and account managers by preparing documentation about clients’ ideas/ requirements, compiling the scope of suggestions for the existing products, or other consulting
  • Conduct and lead the discovery phase of a project
  • Create wireframes and enhanced clickable prototypes in cooperation with the designer
  • Create and maintain requirements, user guides, and other necessary documentation (concept, user stories, functional/non-functional requirements, use cases, competitors audit, Lean canvas, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner, business stakeholders, and development team
  • Decompose and manage the product backlog on the regular basis

  • Gap analysis
  • Experience in eCom and Fintech domains
  • Knowledge of DB basics, SQL, and ability to compose basic queries
