Requirements

• Completed IT recruiting courses
• Knowledge of basic candidate search tools (X-Ray, Boolean search and more)
• Quick learner and self-organization
• Focus on the result of work
• Attention to details
• Upper-intermediate English level or higher

Responsibilities

• Active search for qualified candidates according to vacancies requirements using several channels for a variety of roles across the business from entry to senior-level positions
• Review resumes for requirements and pre-screen of candidates
• Managing of candidate’s database, reports
• Cooperate with Recruiters to understand talent needs

Will be a plus

• Work experience in a similar position from 0.5 year
• Basic technical literacy in IT
• Good research skills (understanding and hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Djinni, DOU, Github, Indeed, etc)
