Requirements
- Completed IT recruiting courses
- Knowledge of basic candidate search tools (X-Ray, Boolean search and more)
- Quick learner and self-organization
- Focus on the result of work
- Attention to details
- Upper-intermediate English level or higher
Responsibilities
- Active search for qualified candidates according to vacancies requirements using several channels for a variety of roles across the business from entry to senior-level positions
- Review resumes for requirements and pre-screen of candidates
- Managing of candidate’s database, reports
- Cooperate with Recruiters to understand talent needs
Will be a plus
- Work experience in a similar position from 0.5 year
- Basic technical literacy in IT
- Good research skills (understanding and hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Djinni, DOU, Github, Indeed, etc)
